Refund policy

Make use of the trial period to examine if the service is fully compatible or not with your need and/or your device.

There is no refund for change of mind.

In case the product/service is faulty at the provider’s end and cannot be fixed, refund will be provided (with deduction of transfer charges) from the day faulty report was made.

In case of incompatible user device or any issues of such nature at the user end, no refund will apply.
